For the whole machine product, after internal procurement, it is assembled and debugged by the company's professional engineers, tested with samples, and provided with test data and video records for remote machine inspection reference by customers. After entering the remote machine inspection process, the customer manager agreed with the customer in advance on the inspection time, prepared video conferencing tools, provided real-time equipment operation screens, inspection reports, and close-up shots of key components. After the functional demonstration and QA process, the customer signed the electronic version of the "Remote Machine Verification Confirmation Form" to confirm that the equipment meets the contract requirements. The company issues a certificate of origin and third-party inspection report for export declaration, and provides customers with container number and seal number information to ensure consistency with the bill of lading. On site confirmation of the container loading process by customers or third-party supervisors (optional service). We provide loading videos, copies of bills of lading, and logistics tracking numbers to update the transportation status in real-time. Customers can pick up the goods with the bill of lading, and our company provides remote guidance for installation and operation training (optional video support). During the warranty period, a free list of vulnerable parts (such as crusher hammers and vibrating screen springs) will be provided to guide replacement.
Delivery delay: In case of shortage of raw materials or delay in customs inspection, promptly notify the customer and negotiate a compensation plan.
Equipment non-compliance: If problems are found after remote inspection, we promise to rework or replace within 15 days.
Customs declaration issue: Assist clients in handling discrepancies in documents or obstacles in customs clearance at the destination port.
Transportation damage: Purchase marine insurance and assist customers in claiming compensation from insurance companies.
